Booking

After you submit the form you get a tentative calendar invitation and a payment link. The date is firmly reserved once the reservation fee is paid and the date is mutually confirmed — you accept the invitation, I confirm the date. The fee covers holding the slot and preparation time, and it is deducted from the total price; its amount per package is on the Photo Shoot page.

Rescheduling

A date can be moved by agreement. With a timely reschedule (at least a week before the original date) the reservation fee carries over to the new date and you pay it only once. If you reschedule later than a week before the date, the fee is forfeited and a new booking needs a new fee.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time. A paid reservation fee is not refunded on cancellation (it covers holding the slot and preparation). Any equipment deposit is refunded in full unless the equipment or the studio was significantly damaged.

Location

The photo shoot takes place in our studio in Prague Uhříněves.

People

Only people participating in the photo shoot are accepted. Additional people get a surcharge (see add-ons under Photo Shoot); the number of photos and the total time remains the same. Extras might be purchased though.

Selection of photos

The photographer makes his best effort at the best selection of the photos. Since he's an author, it's entirely his responsibility. However he might take hints from the model and apply them with his experience in mind too.

Form of photos

Photos are delivered online in final 2D form, resolution suitable for 1 m prints. The online download link is available 3 weeks from the delivery date, and the link is sent by email or social messaging we agree on. Outages of the service are acceptable up to 10 % of the time. Usually there are none. If this fails, another method might be communicated.

It's possible to compensate our time, investment, art and effort in different ways. Whichever we agree to, it should be done before you receive the photos.

• Cash possible in CZK or EUR, even CHF, but for other than CZK it's going to be hard to give you money back
• Card — we've got a payment terminal, it only accepts CZK (what a shame)
• If you have a Czech bank account, we can produce a QR code for a wire transfer (they don't come for foreign transfers)
• On a SumUp store it might be possible to use gpay online
• PayPal
• You might persuade me that some service of yours is worth to barter
